About Delegate Services

Delegate Source is a unique business that effectively can seem like a temporary staffing agency mixed with an exclusive concierge and errand service. However, it's more than that. Delegate Source aims to be the central source for any service requested by its members (customers). This means maintaining the core competency necessary to be the leader in each line of business from in-home elder care to child care to home care and beyond. Central to this is the quality of the people and skills that comprise the Delegates (employees) of Delegate Source. We go to great lengths in our recruiting, screening, and training processes to ensure the best experience possible for our members. We also understand the value in having key partnerships with other vendors to ensure our members receive the best quality service possible.

Therefore, we are always in need of good people that have a skill they can offer. Whether it's cooking, tutoring, a professional skill or trade, etc., sign-up now so we can begin to market your skills to our membership. We understand that many people prefer consistent and stable as opposed to consulting or working for a temporary staffing firm. However, depending on the skill and commitment offered by a Delegate, sometimes part-time works well. This is good for supplemental income in addition to another job or while you are in between jobs.

There is a lot to be said for a flexible work schedule. That's one major value of working for Delegate Source as a Delegate. That's why we listed specific messages on our home page for Senior Citizens, Stay-at-Home Parents, Students, Unemployed/Seeking Additional Income, and Immigrants. Realistically, these are the groups to whom Delegate Source would appeal to as a means of income. These are also the groups who could use the income most. So instead of hiring Delegates in lower cost economies like India, we want individual communities to have the option of spending their dollar votes with members of their local community.
