About Member Services

Delegate Source is a unique business that effectively can seem like a temporary staffing agency mixed with an exclusive concierge and errand service. However, it's more than that. Delegate Source aims to be the central source for any service requested by its members (customers). This means maintaining the core competency necessary to be the leader in each line of business from in-home elder care to child care to home care and beyond. Central to this is the quality of the people and skills that comprise the Delegates (employees) of Delegate Source. We go to great lengths in our recruiting, screening, and training processes to ensure the best experience possible for our members. We also understand the value in having key partnerships with other vendors to ensure our members receive the best quality service possible.

As a Member, you will have access to the on-demand help that you need when life gets busy. There are other firms that tout the phenomenon of "life outsourcing". These are typically concierge or personal assistant services. That's a mere fraction of what Delegate Source offers. Making dinner reservations, booking travel, conducting research, chasing disputes with credit card companies, etc. are relatively simple when compared to in-home elder care or child care. Delegate Source's goal is to be the first place that its members go to when searching or acquiring services. This is part of our vision.
