Who are we?

Delegate Source was founded by professionals for professionals. My wife Lynn and I realized that with our demanding professional schedules, certain things just didn't get done or done as often. Until Delegate Source, there were still two light fixtures that I had bought over a year prior that just didn't get installed. Mail piled up on the dining room table. Neither of us was exercising or sleeping as much as we would have wanted. We also had quite a few friends that shared one form of challenging task or another. So, we decided to start Delegate Source and become its first members.

Brady Bagwan, Founder - As a Human Resources professional, Brady knows what it takes to find, recruit, hire, and train people. Prior to his career in Human Resources, he gained leadership, project management, and execution experience as an Army Officer serving on the Korean Demilitarized Zone and Iraq. Brady has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Virginia Military Institute and an MBA from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Kimberlee Hinman, Operations Manager - Kim is responsible for customer service, business development, and service delivery. She supervises Delegates in delivering a better work/life balance for Delegate Source members. After raising a family with twin boys, Kim uses her drive for results, attention to detail, and customer-focused attitude for the benefit of Delegate Source members.

Michael Zanetti, Managing Director - After serving as an Army Officer in Germany and Iraq, Michael shares my background and experiences. He is responsible for the general management of Delegate Source. Michael graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Virginia Military Institute and a Master of Arts in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma.

Dr. Raul Rodriguez, Work-Life Balance Advisor - As a Board Certified Psychiatrist, Dr. Rodriguez provides consultation on lifestyle management and optimization services provided directly by Delegate Source. He does extensive work in treating anxiety, stress management, and depression. Dr. Rodriguez also has programs dedicated to fitness and nutrition. Dr. Valerie Bagwan, Elder Care Advisor - As a Board Certified Internal Medicine physician, Dr. Bagwan provides consultation on in-home Elder Care services provided directly by Delegate Source. She has experience in both private practice and in caring for veterans as a physician with the Veterans Administration.

Victoria Montinola, National Elder Care Manager - As a Board Certified Urology nurse, Vicky supervises the other registered nurses in the different markets in which Delegate Source operates. She holds a Master of Science in Health Services Administration.
